Loyalty Program
The challenge: There was a performance gap caused by both a lack of knowledge about program benefits and a lack of skill in speaking to clients about loyalty programs.
The solution: Produce and direct two client scenarios to teach store employees techniques on how to introduce Sephora loyalty programs and successfully get clients to sign up.
The outcome: Credit card members grew by 20% in 2022 and Beauty Insider members increased from 20 million to 29 million.

Application Techniques - Video Series
The challenge: Store employees needed higher quality training videos on various application techniques in order to properly and effectively complete beauty services with clients. The business also wanted to showcase more diversity across all nine application technique videos.
The solution: I partnered with the SME to highlight any changes from the original script and book the appropriate talent for each application video. I collaborated with another video team to leverage their studio space to film.
The outcome: We were able to complete nine videos in three months and successfully showcase diversity and inclusion across all videos to empower store employees to service any client.

Build a Hair Care Routine
The challenge: Store employees lacked the knowledge and confidence to recommend hair products to clients who may have different hair textures than them.
The solution: A comprehensive video to empower store employees with the knowledge and skills to guide clients through the Build a Haircare Routine quiz during their visits, enabling them to provide tailored recommendations and offer multiple products for a holistic hair care experience.
The outcome: The video served as a valuable training deliverable, equipping the store employees with the necessary expertise to enhance client satisfaction and drive sales through a personalized and interactive approach.

Executive Holiday Message
The challenge: Stores wanted to see both retail executives in real life in the yearly holiday message to celebrate the wins and successes of the year.
The solution: Decided to film the intro/outro in live video format to produce a multimedia deliverable that included both live video and animation.
The outcome: The video resonated with stores higher than the previous year and received high praise amongst the executive team.

Unscripted Mobile Video
The challenge: To stay up-to-date with media trends and resonate with our audience, we needed to innovate our training.
The solution: Directed a first of its kind, unscripted mobile video to simulate TikTok content. Partnered with the SME to be on set to validate talent's unscripted responses.
The outcome: The video resonated with stores 5 months after it went live and raved about it to our new North America CEO. This prompted the team to repurpose the video in a different channel outside of training.
